EXF Boxing & Kickboxing Academy
EXF Boxing and Kickboxing Academy is the realization of a dream for Olympian and world boxing champion, Moses “The Eagle” James. As a young boy in his home Country of Nigeria, Moses never imagined his life would take him from the village of his birth to the 1992 Olympics as the Captain of the Nigerian boxing team. After the Olympics, he began his career as a professional boxer with a record of 18 wins (eight knockouts), two loses, and one draw. Moses’ career culminated in two world boxing championship belts, and a undefeated title as the Canadian National Champion in the super light weight division.

Boxing Conditioning
New to boxing or a seasoned boxer, this class will benefit you. The class begins with jumping rope “boxer style” to get your heart pumping. After warm-ups, work your arms with boxing combinations on heavy bags. Finish with 10 minutes of abs, shoulders and back workouts with sit-ups and push-ups.
Kickboxing Conditioning
This high cardio class combines kickboxing with elements of aerobics and a total body core workout, burning up to 800 calories per hour. If you are looking for a cross-training workout that strengthens, burns fat, builds lean muscle, and develops endurance, this class is for you!
Extreme Body Blast
“Extreme” redefined: this full-body workout pushes your limits. You’ll crunch, push-up, box, kick, run, lift weights, and challenge yourself to the max with this Olympic-caliber routine. If you want an Olympian’s body, this is your class. As Olympian Moses James says, “Where you at? Get your azz here!”
Boxing Body Blast
Weight Loss Program
Lose up to 20 pounds in six weeks with EXF Boxing Body Blast. This six-week program offers a body fat assessment, weekly weigh-ins, a customized eating plan, and three small group workouts weekly. Classes include high cardio, body sculpting, and a beach bootcamp. Shed fat, gain muscle, and get an Olympian’s body with Boxing Body Blast!
Kangaroo Jumps
After training in Europe, Moses created this explosive class. Combining rebounding with martial arts-style workouts, you’ll burn up to 20% more calories while reducing joint impact by 80%. Suitable for all fitness levels, the 60-minute class includes warm-ups, drills, and floor exercises using rebound boots to maximize fat loss and muscle gain. Enjoy the weightless feeling of bouncing while strengthening your body.
Kid’s Club
This class combines fun with fitness for ages 7-12! We teach the basic boxing stance, footwork, punching & kickboxing combinations, and how to properly use pads & bags. To get started your child will need: Workout attire & sneakers, boxing gloves and hand-wraps (available for purchase), water and a towel.

Moses “The Eagle” James handles the personal training program at EXF Boxing and Kickboxing Academy. The program is for individuals of any age or fitness level. Moses provides you with an individualized program tailored to meet your health and fitness goals.

Personal training is available Monday-Sunday by appointment only.
