BOXING CONDITIONING classes are taught by Olympian and world boxing champion, Moses James.  Whether you are new to boxing or a seasoned boxer, this class will benefit you.  The class begins with jumping rope "boxer style" to get your heart pumping.  After the warm-up, you will work your arms and practice your technique with boxing combinations on heavy bags.  The class ends with 10 minutes of working your abs, shoulders and back with sit-ups and push-ups.    


   Boxing gloves and wraps are required for this class.  You may bring your own or purchase them at the gym.
