This program was developed by Master Rebound Trainer and two-time world boxing champion Moses “Eagle” James. After training in Europe, Moses developed his signature Kangoo Jumps fitness and bootcamp classes. The classes combine the advantages of rebounding with the rigors of a martial arts’ style workout. The class is explosive! Bouncing elevates your mood as it builds muscular strength and cardio-respiratory endurance. You will burn up to 20 percent more calories and reduce 80 percent of the impact to your knees and joints.

Moses will challenges all fitness levels, from athletes wanting to “up their game,” to fitness newcomers. You will lose fat, muscle up, and even get a mini face lift by strengthening your body at the cellular level while enjoying the exhilarating, weightless feeling of bouncing. This 60 minute class begins with a warm-up to get your body ready for intense bouncing. Next, Moses will lead you through routines and drills , as he combines the power or rebounding with dance routines, drills, boxing, and kickboxing. The class concludes with floor exercises using the weight of your rebound boots to crush your abs! As claimed by NASA, “Rebound exercise is the most effective and efficient form of exercise yet devised by man.” It is the ultimate exercise for the new millennium.
