Kickboxing Conditioning

 

     This high cardio class combines kickboxing with elements of aerobics and a total body core workout.  You will burn up to 800 calories in an hour while punching and kicking hanging boxing bags to jamming music.  If you are looking for a cross-training workout that strengthens, burns fat, builds lean muscle, and develops endurance, this class is for you!

 

    Classes are held on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 5:20 pm to 6:20 pm.
